Formerly with Apple, clients have included: Chevron; State Bar of California; SEVA, Premera Blue Cross, Caltrans; and the National Security Agency. An award-winning learning leader and author, she is a sought-after speaker, coach, and facilitator who serves clients as a Prosci® certified change practitioner, certified SPHR, certified Stakeholder Centered Coach, and certified ROI professional. Publications include “Learning for the Long Run" and multiple case studies in HR and training industry resources. A long-term, active volunteer with the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), her doctoral degree is in Human Capital Development.
