Bruce brings more than four decades of experience in business innovation, optimal performance, and artistic expression to everything he does. Through roles as diverse as actor, singer, dancer, writer, photographer, educator, mentor, business developer, marketing strategist, leadership coach and executive, Bruce has gained valuable tools and lessons to help any leader in any phase of their growth both professionally and personally.

His passion for the intersection between optimal health, human performance and the heart-brain-breath connection found a home when he became a founding director of the acclaimed HeartMath Institute and later CEO of HeartMath for 11 years.

Principles he developed around the connection between coherence, health, performance, and leadership have been taught to executives at the business schools of Stanford, Columbia, University of California Berkeley, and Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore.

In 2017 Stanford commissioned Bruce to create his original “Creativity as Your Personal Well-Being Strategy” course which has been offered to all staff and faculty of Stanford and the general public.

His clients include public and private sector organizations such as Stanford University, NASA, Kaiser Permanente, Mayo Clinic, Johnson & Johnson, The World Bank, Unilever, George Washington University, the NHS, Cathay Pacific Airways, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, and Yosemite National Park.

Bruce is now 14 years cancer-free, and 13 years dancing and hiking on titanium hips.

The speaker is a man on a mission. After recovering from a couple of life-threatening illnesses and re-committing to his full creative expression, people began calling him a "renaissance man".

Realizing his zeal for life had returned but aware of how many millions of people have lost their creative spark, he began creating processes and programs to help people and organizations with full creativity.

Then the pandemic hit.

Realizing how many of the creative outlets people have relied upon are now gone, he decided to come online to share the tools, techniques, and explorations that helped him get his mojo back and are helping hundreds of other people all over the world.

Tools and techniques we all need more than ever!

Just getting through "another day at home" can be a huge creative challenge. Then there's finances, and health, and well-being, and family.

Inside every human being on Planet Earth is the power to create life. That creative energy surges through us but for many, our creative impulses have been discouraged or shut down. So we are not even half of what we could be.
We were never allowed to be our fullest, most creative selves.

All of us need new levels of creativity right now.

There are all the usual reasons, but now there are new ones that the #lockdown for the pandemic has brought to light.

Do you need to repair relationship challenges, help others in need, or simply be the fullest expression of yourself?

All life challenges need creative solutions too, not just writing a poem, creating a dance, making a painting or singing a song.

Thanks to significant research in emotional well-being, immune function, resilience, longevity, disease prevention and optimal health, it has been proven that being creatively active boosts immune function while also being great for our mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health.

The science and techniques of HeartMath, along with the work of visionary researchers like Dr Joe Dispenza, are powerful ways to open up the creative power that is trapped inside.

You will be immersed in a wide range of activities and discoveries, exploring your personal creativity through music, art, movement, creative writing, photography, and other media.

Your comfort zone will be expanded in fun, gentle ways... and perhaps even a few dynamic ways!
