Tara has over 20 years of HR and Recruiting Experience, she has a Masters Degree in Human Resources and many related professional certifications related to recruiting. Tara owns Sprioc, LLC which provides HR, Talent and DEIB consulting services to clients of all size since 2018. She has previously served as the President of her local SHRM board, and they won the highest-level award granted by SHRM the Pinnacle Award during that time. Tara speaks at various events and has led leadership and development training, HR topics, Recruiting and Talent Management as well as DEIB.

The course will provide a high-level overview of recruiting and it will start with the basics so that every attendee of the course at any level will understand the basics of the need and the process. The information will provide insight into how recruiting ties into the budgets of the organization, basic compliance issues, technology overview, and process improvements.
