This is essential information to understand to work well within a team environment. The opportunity for an organization to prove a workplace experience where everyone can show up as their best self and leave in a healthy happy not stressed state is key to having a supportive environment. In an effort to do this, we have to understand how to inspire those to work well together by understanding and respecting everyone equally. When the work environment supports best practices it reduces the opportunity for behaviors to exist which drive conflict and stress. This training will provide a basic understanding of trauma awareness and how it can either benefit or work against an organization to become an environment of support, trust, belonging, and acceptance where the teams can collaborate to provide a great workplace experience.

If you ever worked in any work environment, you would know that there are diverse individuals who come together everyday. Trauma exists in everyone, however, we are not always aware of the behaviors that can result as a consequence of learned family patterns or experiences from stress. The outcomes of this can create various personality conflicts to arise when specific behaviors, standards, and expectations are not outlined for all and role modeled accordingly. This training will highlight some basics of trauma awareness and what behaviors can take place in a work environment as a result. Best Practices can be implemented to mitigate conflicts that arise and there are certain ways to address this which will reduce stress while at work for the organizations, employees, and the entire environment for the best of all.
