If you ever worked in any work environment, you would know that there are diverse individuals who come together everyday. Trauma exists in everyone, however, we are not always aware of the behaviors that can result as a consequence of learned family patterns or experiences from stress. The outcomes of this can create various personality conflicts to arise when specific behaviors, standards, and expectations are not outlined for all and role modeled accordingly. This training will highlight some basics of trauma awareness and what behaviors can take place in a work environment as a result.
