Organizations these days act in two common modalities, either everything is urgent or nothing really is. In order to find some sense of logic and prioritization. Leaders must develop an astute attitude to guide their institutions through real emergencies and those situations that could be defined as not pressing. Based on current research and available data, assertive strategies can be put in place to navigate emergency scenarios appropriately.
