Reimagining Wellbeing and Performance at Work
The current model of employee benefits and wellness programming is fundamentally broken. It’s based on a flawed model and consistently fails to deliver results in behavior change, increased well-being, or sustained performance in our workforce.
A new model is needed and the responsibility sits squarely with executive leadership. Until the C-suite is responsible for organizational well-being and performance, companies will continue bleeding money, talent, and resources from preventable causes.
