In a rapidly evolving business environment, failure to address the intersection of diversity and organizational culture can result in inefficiencies, legal issues, and turnover.

For many organizations, the lack of clarity around the Executive Order for diversity initiatives created a divide that professionals at all levels must now work to bridge. As employees increasingly demand an inclusive workplace, organizations risk alienating key talent, leading to a decrease in employee engagement and a decline in overall productivity.

How can organizations adapt to meet the evolving needs of a diverse workforce? What happens if organizations continue to operate without a clear framework for diversity and inclusion?
