Ben Chan is a Project Management Leadership Success Coach helping to transform overwhelmed, stressed out project managers to become confident, strategic project leaders who are better equipped to overcome their challenges and advance their career.

By working with organizations and project managers, he helps elevate their approach and mindset so that they can successfully deliver their projects with confidence.

Ben has over 15 years of experience in various industries, including Fintech, Banking, Energy, Government, and Software, while leading a variety of project types such as Strategy Development, Software Implementation, and Business Process Improvement while also continuing to lead projects. His drive and unique approach to project delivery has made him a highly sought after coach and project leader.

His past speaking engagements on project leadership topics include presentations at other PMI chapters such as Coastal Bend, Orange County, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Southern Alberta.

In addition to his work, he also volunteers as a mentor for the Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership (CCAL), hosts the project leadership-focused podcast, the Organized Chaos Café, and was a former VP of Professional Development for PMI Southern Alberta Chapter (SAC).

Ben graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and holds certifications for Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Engineer (P.Eng), Agile Scrum Master (ASM), and Certified Management Consultant (CMC).
