Cyn enjoyed a rewarding career as a professional theatre performer/dancer until an intense eating disorder brought her to her knees. Learning from the pain of the disorder, she transformed her struggles with compulsive eating and chronic health concerns into a journey of self-reverence and a deep understanding of the mindbody- spirit connection.
She is a triple-certified coach, holistic health practitioner, and corporate educator. She was one of the top six lead trainers/consultants for Amway Global for 8 years.
