GREG LEHRMANN
Greg Lehrmann is an attorney who is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law and Residential Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is part of the 2% of attorneys in Texas who are double-board certified. He has a B.B.A. with Honors in Accounting from The University of Texas and a J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Lehrmann is Texas/Oklahoma Division Manager with Asset Preservation, Inc. API, a subsidiary of Stewart Title Company, is a leading national IRC §1031 Qualified Intermediary and has handled over 180,000 exchanges throughout the country. Mr. Lehrmann has 35 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He dedicates a significant portion of his time speaking to attorneys, CPAs, escrow officers, real estate agents/brokers and investors in Texas and Oklahoma on the many ways to improve investment returns through IRC Section 1031. His presentations feature many real-life exchange scenarios to illustrate a wide range of investment and tax strategies.
