Once described as "Britain's most exciting woman executive under 40" by Business Age Magazine, Hilary trained as an engineer at the University of Cambridge before her corporate career with Rover Group, Whirlpool Europe and Laird Group plc. For the last 20 years she’s supported smaller businesses to improve productivity, performance and profits. In the last seven years, she’s got into triathlons, transforming herself from low-grade amateur to member of the Team GB Age Group team and 2023 European Champion, overcoming a major Achilles injury on the way!
