Holly Burkett, Ph.D., SPHR is Principal of Evaluation Works, a performance consultancy in Davis, CA. An accomplished change leader, performance consultant, and talent builder, she is passionate about helping organizations develop resilient leadership capabilities that create high engagement and operational excellence. Formerly with Apple, she has over 20 years of experience working with such diverse organizations as Chevron, the State Bar of California, the National Park Service, Roche Biomedical, and the National Security Agency (NSA), among others.
