Isaiah Elijah Bailey is a young professional with over five years of public and private accounting experience. He provides services to clients that include auditing financial statements and documenting, validating, and assessing financial systems strategies, processes, and controls that significantly improve business operations. His background includes engagements both domestic and international, ranging from start-up to billion dollar companies. His industry experience includes advertising and marketing, construction, not-for-profit, financial services, food & beverage, real estate, manufacturing & distribution, technology, media & entertainment, government and public sector, and legal companies. Isaiah has audited construction organizations including the test of job cost allocation, project budgets and contracts, subcontractor agreements, retention percentage, union labor rates, and revenue recognition under the percentage of completion method. He has audited software and technology companies including revenue recognition under the software as a service business model. He has reviewed 10-Q SEC filings to ensure regulatory compliance. Isaiah earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an accounting concentration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business. He provides financial literacy, mentorship, and other volunteer services to organizations such as the Philadelphia Youth Network and Junior Achievement USA.
