Jeanine Wilson has served as a dedicated HR Professional for over 10 years and obtained her Bachelors in Business majoring in HR Management from the University of South Alabama. Her certifications are from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Society of Human Resources Management. Her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) has been held since 2007 and prior to that, she held her Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification. In addition, Jeanine holds a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management. Holding a Green Belt and a Yellow Belt in Six Sigma, she currently is an instructor of Six Sigma, Internal Investigations, and HR Generalist as well as offering numerous webinars on a variety of HR subjects. Additionally, she provides both formal and informal teaching/coaching on subjects such as career counseling and outplacement, team building, leadership, labor relations, management, and training. Her vast generalist experience also includes E-Verify, COBRA and FMLA administration and policy. Jeanine has proudly served as a Mobile Society for Human Resource Management Board Member for over 10 years and currently holds the position of President.
