Dr. Graw has more than 45 years of teaching and consulting experience domestically and abroad. He is an internationally-recognized speaker and lecturer. He has written textbooks on Negotiation, The Federal Acquisition Regulation; Pre-award Purchasing Processes (Contract Formation); Post-award Purchasing Processes (Contract Administration); Purchasing and Contract Management; Introduction to Commercial Contracting; Service Purchasing (Van Nostrand Reinhold); and Cost and Price Analysis (Van Nostrand Reinhold). His procurement fraud training experience began in 1972 when he developed and taught the US Army Logistics Management University course in “Criminal Investigator Logistics Managers Orientation Course (CILMOC). He regularly presents lectures on supply chain fraud and risk at international conferences in the US and Internationally. He has taught his course on Supply Chain Risk Management on a public seminar basis at various locations in the Far East and the Middle East. Dr. Graw’s certifications include the CPP, CPPM, C.P.M., CPSM, CPCM, CISCM, and CIPTC.
