She brings extensive leadership with an expansive skill set in speaking, consulting, dementia education, training and support, long-term care, nursing, senior fitness and rehabilitation, and programming. Nicole’s senior living experience began in long-term care and nursing, and expanded into aspects of speaking and instructing, senior fitness, mobility and post-rehabilitation, operational efficiencies and leadership development, while prioritizing the quality care and happiness of each organization and business she serves.
