Dr Paul Donovan is a management and leadership specialist and coach with expertise in the areas of change and leader development. Paul is a ‘pracademic’ having abundant experience working as an operations manager in industry: as a professor of management in a top 100 university. Working in twenty countries and for over thirty years, Paul has been engaged to hundreds of happy clients in the public and private spheres, in small to large environments. He is an accomplished author of practical and academic management books. He holds two master’s degrees from Trinity College Dublin and a doctorate from Leicester University.
