Dr Rand Fandrich, PHR, SHRM-CP, CHRA Dr Fandrich holds a PHD in Organization & Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management, an MBA with ASN honors, as well as a BA in International Relations from the American University in Washington DC. He is the founder of the Expatriate Foundation (2008) and has taught for post-secondary institutions – private and public – for the last ten years.
