Refund Policy

• 100 % money back guarantee if refund request received 7 days prior from live date.
• 90 % money back guarantee if refund request received 4 days prior from live date.
• No refunds if request received less than 3 days from  live date.

Reschedule from GRC

• 100% refund, if the rescheduled dates do not fit into the attendee's  schedule.
• If an Attendee not able to join the webinar on the resecheduled date, we will send recorded access free of cost.
• The Attendee would have the privilegeof  attending a class in future at his/her convenience, on any date of any scheduled training.
• The Attendees, if they so wish, can add a replacement. However, this should be intimated to GRC educators at least 3 days prior to the event

Reschedule from Attendee

• If the rescheduling request is received 7 days prior (or more), rescheduling will be allowed.
• If the request of rescheduling is received within 3 days or less, no rescheduling will be allowed. However, the attendee can add a replacement instead.

Cancellation Policy

GRC Educators ( www.grceducators.com ) reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any live webinar/Online training due to insufficient registrations, Instructor Illness, or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, etc.). In such circumstances the attendees will be notified 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the webinar/ event a letter of credit will be issued towards a future event, valid up to one year from the date of issuance  “OR”  if the attendees wish to avail a different webinar that has the same price tag at a future date and time.
