Shanna B. Tiayon has over 14 years of experience in senior management and management advisory roles working for multinational companies. While working in Chad, Uganda, and Rwanda for two reputable international development agencies, Shanna oversaw the HR departments as the Director of Administration and Finance. She later went on to provide senior HR management services domestically, working for a Washington DC-based international non-profit. Most recently Shanna oversaw the Global Employee Relations initiatives for a multinational tech company. In all of her roles, she has spearheaded the HR policy development initiatives for the companies she worked for. Shanna also has a Ph.D. in Sociology from the University of Maryland College Park.
