Dr. Flumerfelt is also an Endowed Professor of Lean and serves in the Department of Organizational Leadership at Oakland University, Rochester, MI, USA. She has authored over 100 scholarly publications and books. Dr. Flumerfelt specializes in lean organizational improvement and leadership development. As a qualitative researcher, she works on many interdisciplinary projects, especially in engineering, systems, and complexity.
