SOMER JEFFERISS
Somer Jefferiss’ practice is focused on guiding clients through all aspects of human capital management with a special emphasis on wage and hour compliance. For the past 15 years, Somer has worked with organizations both in the United States and globally on employment practices from policy creation through documentation and payment. She has advised large and small businesses through change management and implementations for over a decade. Currently, Somer is in a Customer Success role at Kronos Incorporated, a leading provider of HR technology. She is a strategic advocate for customers, working closely with leadership to drive continuous business improvement. In her previous roles, Somer implemented labor management systems and was In House counsel for a management consulting firm. She has a J.D. from Willamette University Law School and an Economics Degree from the University of Colorado in Boulder. Today, Somer resides in Alexandria, VA with her husband and three young sons.
