Tony Richards is an author, motivational speaker, and college professor. He served six years as the President/CEO of Impact Dakota, a manufacturing extension partnership program through the National Institute of Standards and Technology. His focus is on Leadership Growth, Attitude, Performance (G.A.P.), and business development with SME’s and non-profit organizations in America, Africa, India, Indonesia, Haiti, and Pakistan.
He is an author of four leadership development books, and a motivational keynote, workshop, retreat, and webinar speaker specializing in leadership, growth, attitude, performance, and board governance. Tony has worked with small organizations to Fortune 500 companies globally. He also teaches business, leadership, and global economics.
Tony holds a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, a master’s in management, and a bachelor's in anthropology. He has served on various nonprofit boards throughout the United States, India, and Africa.
